In particular, it will be considered that the interests of the company may be damaged when, due to the subject matter taught, the student can access certain information of Aplicaciones Tecnológicas S.A. that the company does not want the student to have, due to his or her relationship with third parties. In these cases, the company will return to the student the amounts that would have been paid, deducting the proportional part of the courses that the student would have enjoyed.
